How it works

  1. ListenA small device on the ceiling, wall or desk hears the conversation. Audio AI listens; Video AI also sees.
  2. UnderstandThe platform scores each conversation: customer mood, missed chances, skills, leads.
  3. CoachEvery advisor gets the one moment to work on, with a button to practice it.
  4. PracticeAn AI customer plays the situation; the advisor tries again until the skill is proven.

Built for privacy

Recording only for people whose manager turned it on and who approved it. No conversation audio or transcripts are kept, only the results, with names, numbers and VINs removed. Live pictures are never stored.

Each device has a hardware mute switch that cuts the microphones, and the camera on Video AI, with a light that shows it. There is no speaker and no Bluetooth.
